Phoenix Dream - Chapter 1

Chapter 1 This World
        "The year was 2010. The Earth's economy is rising. All wars are over. There is no longer a reason to fight for fossil fuels. The reason for this is that a new source of fuel, which gives of masses of energy. Entire cities are being built for the soul use of this new fuel. The fuel is named PHOENIX, because of its ability to burn so long. It's no longer a way to awaken electricity.
It's the only way to survive."
The voice stops, to search for more words to say. A young man, who the voice belongs to, is sitting in a darkroom.

I'm considered deep and a perferctionist by my peers, however I wouldn't consider myself either. I am me.

I read, watch films and play video games, a lot, and there's a reason why I like certain genres in those kinds of media. I mostly like the genres of Sci-Fi and Horror, for films and books.

The reason for this is because they are the most imaginative genres there is. Every other genre you're stuck to rules and 'laws' but with Horror and Sci-Fi you can explain these 'laws' away with one simple line.
Horror: "He's a demon from hell"
Sci-Fi: "He's a clone"
or something like that but at the same time some what believable because those genres tell you that these are their rules and their 'laws'.
Accept nothing, but expect everything to happen in those genres.
